This was a collaborative project with my husband, Colton, who is a talented artist. His sister needed a logo for her new dental practice, and we were thrilled to create a design together for family!
Amanda's dental practice is based in Hudson, NY, which has a colorful history as a whaling town. Throughout the city you can find images and representations of the whales that were once the basis of the local economy - from icons on street signs to murals and mosaics. In our design, the swoop of toothpaste on the toothbrush takes the shape of a whale to harken back to the city's whaling past.
